WSPA is seeking the feedback of it’s members in regards to a proposal developed by a sub-committee of School Psychologists across the state and in collaboration with a Wyoming district group. The proposal will be sent to the state in regards to changing and adding information into the Specific Learning Disability section of Chapter 7. The proposed changes in summary are the addition of the Pattern’s of Strength and Weakness Model and changes to the language in the Severe Discrepancy Model. Please review the attached document of the proposal below and complete the form link at the bottom to provide the committee with feedback and concerns in regards to the proposed changes.
